HOTEL
At the foot of the Brendon Hills, The White Hart Hotel is in the old town of Wiveliscombe.
This former 17th-century coaching inn combines a traditional atmosphere with modern facilities. Individually decorated rooms come with TVs, wifi, and tea/coffee-making facilities.
Ales from Wiveliscombe’s two breweries, Exmoor Ales and Nuttycombe, are regularly
on offer.
Just 5 miles from Exmoor National Park, there are a range of country pursuits to enjoy, including walking, cycling and fishing. Free parking is available.
The White Hart is only 11 miles from Taunton. As a former coaching inn dating back 350 years, the White Hart Hotel holds a prime position overlooking the square in the centre of town. With 16 en-suite rooms, we offer the ideal base from which to explore the wild beauty of Exmoor, the Quantocks, and surrounding areas.
The Hotel has been recently refurbished to a high standard that is reflective of its heritage.

The best reason to eat out on Exmoor. This really is a very special addition to eating out in Exmoor, and worth a trip from anywhere in Somerset to eat and drink well.
